What makes Heatconsult different

Not a catalogue of equivalents.

Heatconsult develops materials in-house and only manufactures a formulation when it offers a meaningful advantage. The technology archive is designed to match or quickly adapt materials to the actual service environment.

Built around specialised development, not mass production.

Most materials are batched in 8 kg to 25 kg bags to minimise segregation variation from bag to bag. The in-house QA system is geared toward research, development and application fit.

Technical services
Fast formulation responseArchived samples and development records allow an existing material to be matched or modified within hours or days.
Rapid precast capabilityRapid moulding techniques enable many new precast items to be produced at approximately one day’s notice.
Small, responsive operationFive mini factories and a compact qualified team are organised for fast production and delivery.
Application accountabilityHeatconsult’s technical archive records product development and practical field experience across a wide range of refractory technologies.
Product library

Specialised materials across the refractory spectrum.

The rebuilt catalogue keeps the original technical information, product guidance, installation notes, physical properties and reference images.
